day 1 is usually the hardest, right?

day 1 of janeykay's diet:

9:30 am yogurt with blueberries & strawberries - feeling good
10 am half an apple - feeling good
12:13 pm wild rice with miso soup - feeling good
3 pm grilled artchokes - feeling good
3:29 pm 1 b&w cookie (sm) - still feeling good
4:55 pm - starting to feel dizzy
5:05 pm 1 b&w cookie (sm) + 2 gingersnaps
5:10 pm-about to faint & will eat anything in my path
5:20 pm 1 slice of pizza - feeling good
